A plain explanation of what happens to the details you send us through this site.
Information the contact form collects
When you fill out the form on this site, we ask for your name, a phone number, an optional email address, your city, what kind of plumbing issue you are dealing with, and any additional message you choose to write. A few technical details come along automatically as well, things like your general browser and device type and the page you were on when you submitted the form.
We never ask this website to collect a password, a payment card number, a bank account number, or a government-issued ID number, and none of those should ever be entered into the contact form.
What the information is used for
Everything submitted through the form goes toward one purpose: getting back to you about the job you described, whether that means a phone call, a scheduled visit, or a follow-up email. We do not resell the details you give us to outside marketing lists, and we will not repurpose them for something unrelated without asking first.
How submissions are handled securely
A submission travels over an encrypted connection to our internal scheduling system, and only the staff involved in responding to your request can see it. The form also runs a couple of quiet checks in the background, a hidden field a real visitor never fills in, and a minimum time-on-page check, both aimed at keeping automated spam submissions out of a real person’s inbox.
Requesting your information
You are welcome to ask what we currently have on file tied to your name, and you can ask that it be removed, aside from whatever records we are required to keep for completed work. Use the details on the contact page to send either request our way.
