Terms of Service

This site exists to describe the services we offer and give you a way to reach dispatch. Sending a message through the contact form opens a conversation with our team, it is not itself a confirmed appointment or a binding agreement. A visit is only scheduled once dispatch has confirmed it with you directly, by phone or by a follow-up message.

A price given over the phone or during an on-site visit reflects what is known about the job at that moment. If more turns out to be involved once work has started, a wall needs opening, a line needs to be scoped, a fitting is not what it looked like from outside, we explain what changed before doing anything beyond what was originally agreed. Rates are not posted on this site because the range of jobs we handle is too wide for one published number to mean anything useful.

Content published here, including the pieces on our blog, is meant as general background reading, not a substitute for a licensed plumber looking at your specific situation in person. We are not responsible for the outcome of any repair attempted based solely on something read on this website.
